Banks and Statements
You see your connected banks, accounts and balances in the panel on Banka Bağlantıları › Bankalar (Bank Connections › Banks). Click a bank to review its accounts and transactions and to download the transactions as an Excel or PDF statement.
If you have no connected bank yet, connect your bank on the Entegrasyonlar (Integrations) screen. → Connect a Bank in the Panel
Screens in the panel
| Screen | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Bankalar (Banks) | Your connected banks, your total assets per currency and the balances of each bank. |
| Entegrasyonlar (Integrations) | Banks you can connect; where you pick a bank and start a connection or an application. |
| Başvuru formu (Application form) | Apply to several banks at once. |
| Hesaplar (Accounts) | The accounts at all your connected banks in one list. |
| Hareketler (Transactions) | The transactions of all your accounts in one list. |
Required panel permissions
| Action | Panel permission |
|---|---|
| See connected banks and accounts | bank-connect:view |
| See balances, totals and transactions, download statements | bank-connect:transactions:view |
| Send money and exchange currency | bank-connect:transfer |
Balances and transactions are sensitive; without bank-connect:transactions:view you see your banks, but Permission required is shown in place of the amounts. The money movement permission (bank-connect:transfer) is separate; it does not come with the read permissions. You can ask your organization administrator for the permission.
The Banks screen
Total assets by currency
At the top of the screen there is a total card for each currency, for example All TRY assets · 4 accounts · amount.
- Totals are calculated separately for each currency; no exchange-rate conversion is applied.
- The totals include the latest balances read from the bank for the active accounts at connected banks and at banks whose reading is delayed.
- Accounts whose balance has not been read yet are not included; the card states how many accounts have no balance read yet.
Connected bank cards
Below the totals there is a card for each connected bank. The card shows:
| Information | Description |
|---|---|
| Bank and EFT code | The name and EFT code of the connected bank. |
| Balances per currency | The total balance of your accounts at this bank, per currency. |
| Number of accounts | The number of your active accounts at this bank. |
| Last update | The time of the last successful read from this bank. If no read has been made yet, Not read yet is shown. |
| Status | Connected, Reading delayed or Data may be outdated. |
If some of your connections are in the application stage or suspended, the screen states how many; you follow the status of those banks on the Entegrasyonlar (Integrations) screen.
For banks showing Reading delayed or Data may be outdated, balances and transactions may not be up to date. Reads are retried automatically; you do not need to do anything.
Bank details
Click a bank's card on the Banks screen. The bank details have two parts.
Left: totals and accounts
- Total assets: the total of your accounts at this bank, per currency.
- Accounts: your accounts at this bank. Select All accounts to see all transactions of the bank, or select an account to see only that account's transactions.
Right: transactions
Transactions are listed newest first. You can narrow the list with these filters:
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Quick range | All, Today, Last 7 days, This month, Last 30 days. |
| Date range | Start and end date. |
| Minimum / maximum amount | An amount range. If the bank has accounts in different currencies, select a single account on the left to filter by amount. |
| Direction | Incoming or Outgoing. |
Click a transaction to open its details: booking date, value date, amount, balance after, transaction type, description, counterparty, receipt number and document number. Counterparty details are shown masked. → Concepts › Masking
Refresh now
When you select an account on the left, a Refresh now button appears at the top. It requests a new read from the bank for that account. Accounts are read from the bank regularly, at most every 5 minutes; Refresh now does not shorten this interval. If the interval has not elapsed, the read is scheduled and the screen shows the time of the next read. → Limits › Freshness and the read interval
Account statement
Use the Excel or PDF button above the transaction list in the bank details to download an account statement.
- The statement contains all transactions matching the filters you applied on the screen, not only the page on the screen.
- The statement covers the selected scope: all accounts of the bank when All accounts is selected, or only that account when a single account is selected.
- A statement contains at most 10,000 transactions. If the result is longer, the first 10,000 transactions are included and the screen says so; to get all transactions, narrow the date range and download several statements.
- While the statement is being prepared, the screen shows how many transactions have been fetched; you can stop it with Cancel.
The statement contains:
| Section | Contents |
|---|---|
| Statement info | Bank, accounts, period, applied filters, generation time and number of transactions. |
| Summary | Total incoming, total outgoing, net amount and number of transactions per currency; closing balance per account. |
| Transactions | Booking date, value date, account, currency, direction, amount, balance after, description, counterparty, counterparty IBAN, transaction type, receipt no, document no and transaction ID. |
In the Excel file, the statement info and the transactions are on separate sheets. IBANs and counterparty details are masked in the statement as well.
Send money
If your connection supports transfers, you can send money from your connected account to an IBAN in the panel. Para gönder (Send money) is not shown for banks whose connection does not support transfers.
- Click Para gönder (Send money).
- Choose the account the money leaves from; enter the receiver's IBAN, name or company title, the amount and, optionally, a description and a payment purpose.
- Send it. A verification code is sent to your panel user's e-mail address. The e-mail shows the amount, the currency and the last 4 digits of the receiver's IBAN; check them.
- Enter the code in the panel and confirm. The transfer is sent to the bank; its status is updated when the bank answers.
CANCELED.- Only the user who started the transfer can confirm it.
- If the code does not arrive, you can ask for a new one after at least 30 seconds; at most 5 codes are sent for one transfer.
- A transfer not confirmed within 10 minutes is canceled. You can also cancel a transfer that is waiting for confirmation.
- Lunixi does not check the balance; if it is not enough, the bank rejects the transfer and it fails.
- Transfers started in the panel appear in the API's transfer list with
initiatedVia: PANEL, andbank_transfer.*webhooks are sent for them.
Exchange currency
If your connection supports currency exchange, you can buy and sell currency between two of your accounts at the same bank. For an exchange, the verification code is asked before the quote:
- Click Döviz çevir (Exchange currency). A verification code is sent to your e-mail address.
- Enter the code and confirm. A 5-minute exchange session opens.
- During the session, choose the account you sell from, the account you buy into and the amount, and get a quote. The quote shows the rate that will apply and the amount on both sides.
- The quote is valid for the short time the bank sets (about 80 seconds); confirm it before it expires. The order is sent to the bank; no further code is asked.
- The session is not extended. When it expires, start again with Döviz çevir (Exchange currency) and ask for a new code.
- If a quote expires, get a new quote; no new code is needed while the session lasts.
- The session is valid only for the user who opened it and the bank connection chosen.
- No webhook is sent for exchange orders; follow the outcome in the panel or on the exchange order endpoint.
The Accounts and Transactions screens
The Hesaplar (Accounts) screen shows the accounts at all your banks in one list; you can filter by bank and status and open an account's transactions with its Transactions link. The Hareketler (Transactions) screen lets you filter the transactions of all your accounts by account, date, direction, amount and type.
