90-day availabilityMethodology
- Every component is checked once a minute: reachability of the internal services behind it is verified; where a service exposes a readiness signal, that signal is used.
- Real API traffic is evaluated in the same minute: if at least 20 requests show a 5xx rate of 20% or more, the component is marked “Degraded”.
- A deterioration is only recorded after two consecutive checks; recovery is recorded immediately.
- Daily availability = (Operational + Degraded minutes) / measured minutes. Days without measurements are excluded and shown in grey.
- The Bank Connectivity Layer is derived from continuous health measurements of connected providers: 90% or more operational is “Operational”; below 50% reachable is “Major outage”.
- The latency chart is computed from real API requests; p50 is the bucket median, p95 is the worst minute in the bucket.
- Times are shown in Turkey time (UTC+3).
