Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I connect my bank in the panel?

On Banka Bağlantıları › Entegrasyonlar (Bank Connections › Integrations), click Connect with Lunixi on the bank's card. The Bankalar (Banks) screen only shows your connected banks; if you have no connected bank yet, its Go to integrations button takes you to the Integrations screen. Banks you can connect: Banks › Supported banks. → Connect a Bank in the Panel

Where do I enter the API details my bank gave me?

On the Integrations screen, click Details on the bank's card and enter them in the Details provided by your bank section. The details are stored encrypted and never shown again. The section appears once the connection reaches the Setup pending step. → Connect a Bank in the Panel › Details provided by your bank

When do my transactions appear after the connection becomes active?

On the first connection, the transactions of the last 30 days are read; these past transactions load in parts within a few minutes. It is normal for the list to look incomplete during the first minutes. After that, accounts are read regularly, at most every 5 minutes. → Connect a Bank in the Panel › The first read

How do I download an account statement?

Click the bank on the Bankalar (Banks) screen, choose the account and filters in the bank details, and click Excel or PDF. The statement contains all transactions matching the filters, not only the page on the screen. → Banks and Statements › Account statement

How many transactions can a statement contain?

At most 10,000. If the result is longer, the first 10,000 transactions are included and the screen says so; to get all transactions, narrow the date range and download several statements.

Why is the IBAN not shown for some accounts?

The IBAN and account number come from the information your bank shares. If your bank did not report an IBAN or account number for an account, the field stays empty in the panel and is not returned in the API either. The account's balance and transactions are not affected.

How soon does a transaction appear?

Accounts are read from the bank at intervals; a transaction appears in the first read after the bank reports it. The interval for each account is in freshness.minSyncIntervalSeconds. → Limits › Freshness and the read interval

Can I connect my bank through the API?

No. Connecting is done only in the panel; an API key cannot be given permission to connect. → Connect a Bank in the Panel

Why is the IBAN masked?

The full IBAN, the full account number and the counterparty's full details are never returned in the API or the webhook; only their masked forms are. → Concepts › Masking

What should I do if the connection is DEGRADED?

Recent reads failed; reads are retried automatically. In the meantime the data may get stale; watch lastSuccessfulSyncAt. → Concepts › Connection statuses

Why didn't my sync request run immediately?

A sync request does not shorten the read interval. If the interval has not elapsed, the response is SCHEDULED and the read happens at scheduledAt. → Sync Now

What if I miss a webhook?

Delivery is retried; still, fill in missed transactions from the list endpoint. → Keeping transactions in sync

Can the same transaction arrive twice?

A transaction is recorded once. Webhook delivery, however, is at least once; the same event may arrive again. Deduplicate by x-lunixi-event-id or transactionId. → Webhook Events

Do I get webhooks for past transactions when a connection is set up?

No. Transactions read back at the initial setup appear on the list endpoint but emit no event. → Webhook Events › When it is sent

Why do I get 403 when reading balances and transactions?

Balances and transactions require a separate permission: bank-connect:transactions:view. bank-connect:view is not enough. → API Introduction › Permissions

Can I send money through the API?

Yes, if your connection supports transfers. The connection's capabilities must include OUTGOING_TRANSFER, and your API key must carry the bank-connect:transfer permission and an IP allowlist. A transfer sent with an API key needs no e-mail verification code. → Money Transfers

Why do I get 403 bank_connect.auth.ip_allowlist_required on a transfer request?

Money movement endpoints can only be called with a key that has an IP allowlist. Add your server's outbound IP addresses to the key in the panel. If the list is set but the request's address is not on it, you get 403 bank_connect.auth.ip_not_allowed. → API Introduction › IP allowlist

I got a timeout; should I send the transfer again?

Resend the same request with the same Idempotency-Key and the same body. If the transfer was created, the existing one is returned with replayed: true and no second transfer is opened. Do not send it with a new key. → Money Transfers › Idempotency-Key

Why is my transfer waiting in SUBMITTED?

The transfer was sent to the bank and its answer is pending. If outcomeUnknown is true, the outcome is not confirmed by the bank yet; do not send the transfer again — Lunixi confirms the outcome with the bank and it arrives with a bank_transfer.completed or bank_transfer.failed event. → Money Transfers › Unconfirmed outcome

Why did my exchange quote become invalid?

The bank sets the quote's validity and it is short. If the quote's expiresAt has passed you get 409 bank_connect.fx.quote_expired; get a new quote and open the order right away. → Currency Exchange

What does the "Your bank connection was renewed" notification mean?

The Lunixi team renews your connection when your bank should move to a newer connection path or one with more features. You do not need to do anything. Your transaction history is kept; the last 30 days are reloaded and records that arrive twice are shown once. A renewal can change the connection's capabilities (for example, money transfers); read the current state from the connection's capabilities field. → Connections
